No matter where you are on your fitness journey, my goal is to help you feel better and get stronger. I'll do this with fun and efficient programming that will get you the results you are looking for all from the convenience of your own home.
Whether you want to improve your health, lose weight, get back in shape post-partum, get ready to run your first marathon, or train for a strength-based competition my wide variety of experience and credentials allow me to help you reach your goals.
These training sessions will be programmed to get you the results you are looking for in the convenience of your own home.
Your workouts are tailored to your goals and based around a fitness assessment that is done prior to your first session.
Weights, bands and a mat are supplied. Any additional equipment provided by the client can be added to the workout program.
Available in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.

These training sessions are hosted on Zoom and can be done safely from anywhere, with or without any equipment.
Digital Personal Training sessions are available as one-on-one or group sessions.
One-on-one sessions are personalized based on your goals as well as the equipment you have available.
Group sessions are High Intensity Interval Training style and a fun and interactive way to get great results from home.
All digital sessions are 30 minutes.

These 30 minutes sessions are designed to safely help you maintain the strength you need
during pregnancy and to recover and rebuild post birth. Using my ACE Pre and Post-Natal
Certification training, and personal post-partum experience, sessions include specific
strength and pain prevention exercises with the focus on safely building the core.
These sessions can be done during any trimester or as soon as 8-weeks after birth, with doctor approval.
Available as Digital or In-Home Personal Training
These sessions are for individuals diagnosed with or trying to prevent a Metabolic Syndrome or Disease,
including diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. With doctor approval, sessions include
cardio and strength exercises designed to improve health. Programming is based on ACE Therapeutic
Exercise Specialist Certification and work experience with the American Diabetes Association.
The focus is on fat loss and cardiovascular conditioning.

As a therapist, I know that in order to achieve emotional health you must improve your physical health. But being a mom of 3 young children, I found it hard to get into the shape I knew I could be. I have always struggled with balancing my career, family, and achieving my physical goals so I knew I needed motivation and guidance. I worked with Lindsey twice per week for 12 weeks. Given my busy schedule as a working mother, she taught me how to maximize my time at the gym to reach my workout goals. She has also taught me how to make the life style changes necessary to maintain my progress. Overall I lost 23 lbs and 7.1 % body fat in 12 weeks. I lost 12.5 total inches but got stronger and more muscle tone. Most importantly, I feel great and I couldn’t have done it without the support of Lindsey.
Being a busy teacher, I was finding it very difficult to make the time and find the energy to work out. I needed some direction, motivation, and some training using the weights in particular, so I invested in some personal training sessions with Lindsey. Over 12 weeks, we worked together twice per week not just on strength training, but on eating right and fueling properly. She made adjustments and suggestions based on the fact that I was training for a half-marathon. I ended up running my best half-marathon ever, cutting 23 minutes off of my previous best time! Overall, I lost 13 lbs and 7% body fat in 12 weeks, while gaining strength and muscle. Now that I know change is actually possible for me, I’m setting my goals higher than ever before.
I began working with Lindsey when I was 13 months postpartum with my third child. Despite exercising regularly and returning to my pre-baby weight, I had not been able to get rid of my “mommy tummy.” I was also struggling with pain from a rotator cuff tear in my shoulder. Lindsey was able to create a full body workout program for both needs. She taught me the correct exercises to activate and strengthen my postpartum core. She also showed me ways to increase muscle in my shoulders to support my injured rotator cuff. After working with Lindsey I have gained 1.5 pounds of lean muscle, and toned my core. I also no longer have pain in my shoulder, which I did not think was possible without surgery. I am in better shape that I have been in years, and I owe it all to Lindsey!
