Available in one-on-one or partner, these 30 or 60 minute sessions are tailored to your specific goals. Session packages include a complimentary fitness assessment. Based on your fitness assessment and goals, your training sessions will be programmed to get you the results you are looking for.

Pricing
These 30 minutes sessions are designed to safely help you maintain the strength you need during pregnancy or recover and rebuild post birth. Using ACE Pre and Post-Natal Certification training and personal experience as a new mommy, specific strength and pain prevention exercises are the focus. These sessions can be done during any trimester or as soon as 8-weeks after birth, with doctor approval.

These sessions are for individuals diagnosed with or trying to prevent a Metabolic Syndrome or Disease. With doctor approval, sessions include cardio and strength exercises designed to improve health. Programming is based on ACE Theraputic Exercise Specialist Certification and work experience with the American Diabetes Association. Focus is on fat loss and cardiovascular conditioning.

These sessions are for individuals who have already been involved in a workout program and want to learn proper form and increase strength. The focus is on the four functional movements - Squat, Deadlift, Chest Press and Shoulder Press.
